How to make Oreo rolled crepe cake

Mix the crepe cake batter
Add 3 eggs and 30g of sugar into the bowl and whisk until dissolved.
Next, sift 150g of flour, 10g of cocoa powder, 20g of crushed Oreo cookie crust, 60ml of unsweetened milk, and 3ml of vanilla extract into the bowl. Stir well until the mixture is completely smooth.
Then, add 340ml of unsweetened milk and 50g of melted unsalted butter, and continue to stir until well combined.
Finally, strain the mixture through a sieve for a smooth texture, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Fry the crepe batter
