How to choose fresh ripe bananas
- Natural ripe bananas will have a yellow stem and body. If the stem is green but the fruit is uniformly yellow, it has definitely been soaked in chemicals.
- Ripe bananas from the tree will have a fragrant smell and natural sweetness, soft all over. In contrast, chemically treated bananas will feel a bit tough, hard, with astringent and sour taste when eaten.

How to make Cheese Waffles
-
Mix dry ingredients
You sift 250gr of flour with 1 tablespoon of baking powder into a bowl to ensure the flour and baking powder are smooth and mixed evenly.
-
Mixing butter and eggs
You put 175g of unsalted butter into a large bowl along with 50g of sugar, using a mixer to blend both ingredients at medium speed. Next, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat until the butter turns an ivory color and has a light fluffiness.
Then, gradually add 3 eggs into the butter mixture and beat until the mixture is smooth and even. Make sure to mix each egg well before adding the next one!
-
Mixing flour with butter and eggs
Gradually add the sifted flour into the butter and egg mixture, then slowly pour in 175ml of milk to make mixing easier and more combined.
-
Pouring into the mold
Use 5g of unsalted butter to evenly grease the waffle mold, then spoon the batter into the mold. To avoid air bubbles, use a toothpick to spread the batter evenly, and use a spoon or spatula to flatten the surface of the batter and gently shake the mold.
-
Baking the cake
You preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Then, bake the cake for 15 minutes at the same temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
When the cake is done, take it out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the mold.
-
Making cheese cream
You put 250g of cream cheese in a large bowl with 100g of powdered sugar and use a mixer to beat at medium speed until the mixture is smooth.
When the cream cheese is well mixed, take half of the cream cheese out into a bowl along with 1g of pink food coloring and mix well, leaving the other half of the cream cheese as is.
Next, place the pink cream and white cream into two small piping bags, then put both bags into a larger piping bag, cut the tips of the two small bags, and place them into the large piping bag, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
