How to choose fresh, delicious young pumpkin

Prepare and cut the pumpkin

Stir-fry the dish
Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add the garlic to sauté until fragrant.
Next, add the minced zucchini, stir-fry on the stove for about 1 – 2 minutes, then add 1/3 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1/3 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, stir-fry over medium heat for about 4 – 5 minutes.
Finally, add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, chopped coriander, and Vietnamese balm, stir well, adjust seasoning to taste, then turn off the heat.
Tip: Zucchini cooks very quickly, so you don’t need to stir-fry for long, just until it’s tender is the best!
