How to prepare Stir-fried Shrimp with Straw Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients
Shrimp should be washed clean, peeled, and the head and tail removed, then placed into a bowl.
Cut off the stems of the straw mushrooms, wash them clean, and either leave them whole or cut them in half as preferred.

Cook the Stir-fried Shrimp with Straw Mushrooms
Heat a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and heat it on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the straw mushrooms and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until cooked, then remove them to a bowl.
