How to Make Cheese Custard Sponge Cake

Cut the Sponge Cake
First, use a 10cm round mold to cut the sponge cake into 6 equal pieces.
Next, use a smaller round mold of about 5cm to create the core inside for 2 pieces of sponge cake.

Make cheese sauce
Add 12g unsalted butter, 15ml whipping cream, 5ml honey, 5g cheese powder, and 1 small piece of shredded Cheddar cheese into a bowl.
Place this cheese bowl over a pot of boiling water, then use a spoon to mix until the mixture is well combined.
