How to choose fresh ingredients
How to choose fresh chicken eggs
- Fresh chicken eggs usually have thick shells, of moderate size; avoid choosing large eggs with thin shells.
- If you see eggs with a shiny, smooth shell, they have been stored for a while and should not be purchased.
- In contrast, eggs that have a fine powder coating on the outside and a hard shell are fresh eggs.
- Old eggs will make a sound when shaken lightly, while fresh eggs will not make any noise.

How to choose delicious fresh sausages
- You can buy sausages at supermarkets, grocery stores, markets, or on e-commerce websites.
- When purchasing, remember to check that the packaging is intact and within the expiration date.
- Observe the inside to see that the sausage packaging is intact; for some types, you may see the whole sausage, so you need to examine it closely. Do not choose sausages with unusual colors, slimy texture, etc.
- Additionally, you can make sausages at home with a very simple recipe right below.

How to make Sandwich with eggs and sausages
-
Prepare the ingredients
Peel the sausage, cut it in half, then slice it lengthwise. Wash the lettuce and cut it into small pieces.
Slice the tomatoes thinly and cut the cucumber into thin slices along the length of about 2 finger lengths.
Tip: Cut the ingredients so that they are slightly smaller than the surface of the bread slice.
-
Fry the eggs and sausages
Place a pan on the stove and add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When the oil is hot, lower the heat to medium and crack the eggs into the pan. Sprinkle a little salt on the fried eggs and cook for about 2 – 3 minutes before flipping. Depending on your preference for runny or fully cooked eggs, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Then add the sausages and fry each side for about 2 minutes, or to save time, you can fry the sausages together with the eggs. Once the eggs and sausages are cooked, transfer them to a plate.
-
Fry the bread
Put 10g of unsalted butter in the microwave to soften it slightly, and add the remaining 10g of butter to the pan used to fry the eggs and sausages.
Once the butter has melted, add the sandwich bread and fry it for about 2 minutes until warm, flipping both sides to prevent burning. Then transfer the bread to a plate.
-
Assemble the ingredients into the sandwich
Spread a layer of plastic wrap over a clean, flat surface. Spread softened butter in the microwave on 2 slices of sandwich bread. Place 1 slice of bread in the middle of the wrap. Layer lettuce and tomatoes first, then place a slice of cheese on top.
Next, add the sausage and cover with a layer of sweet chili sauce or ketchup depending on your preference.
Continue by placing the fried egg and cucumber on top, then add mayonnaise.
Finally, place the remaining slice of bread on top. Press gently and wrap tightly in the plastic wrap. If you feel it’s not secure enough, wrap it again with another layer. This method is very convenient for taking to work.

Final Product
Soft sandwich bread filled with chicken eggs, creamy cheese, delicious sausages, and a bit of green vegetables is truly nutritious. An attractive breakfast that is extremely simple for you to make for the whole family.
