Prepare and fry the lobster
Wash the lobster with a brush under running water to clean the shell. Cut the lobster tail into thick slices about one finger width, split the head of the lobster in half lengthwise, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Separate the lobster claws, and lightly crack the shell of the claws.
