Heat the coconut milk mixture
Place a pot on the stove, add 250ml of coconut milk and 675ml of fresh milk, then stir well over low heat until the mixture is warm.

Heat the butter rice mixture
Place a pan on the stove and melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter over low heat.
Then, add 67g of Arborio rice and stir well for about 1 minute over low heat.
Note: Do not stir too long as it will cause the butter to turn brown, and the flavor of the pudding will not be good. -
Cooking Rice Pudding Mixture
When the rice mixture is blended, gradually add the coconut milk mixture and stir continuously over medium heat until the liquid is nearly evaporated.
When the liquid in the pan is almost gone, continue to add the next portion of milk and keep stirring well.
When the rice grains start to soften, add the remaining milk along with 50g of sugar and a little salt. Stir well until the rice grains are soft and cooked.
Tip: The entire process of cooking the Rice Pudding mixture will take about 30 minutes. -

First, beat 1 egg yolk with 30ml of fresh milk.
