Soak and Dry the Vermicelli
First, put 1kg of basin of fresh vermicelli, 1 tablespoon of salt, and just enough water to submerge the surface of the vermicelli. Then, soak the vermicelli for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, dry the vermicelli in the sun until it becomes hard.

Cook ginger syrup and mix noodles
Put a new pan on the stove, add 200ml of water, 500gr of sugar, and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Cook the mixture over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
