How to make Purple Sweet Potato Sticky Rice

Prepare the ingredients
Soak the sticky rice in a basin with water for about 5 hours. After that, drain the sticky rice.
Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them, wash them again, drain, and cut them into small pieces. Wash the pandan leaves and cut them into pieces.

Mix the sticky rice and cook it
Put the sticky rice in a rice cooker and mix well with 1 teaspoon of salt. Then add 150ml of coconut milk along with 50g of grated coconut on top.
Finally, add the pandan leaves, cover, plug it in, and turn on the cooking switch like cooking rice until the sticky rice is cooked.

Steam and Cook Purple Sweet Potato with Coconut Milk
Steam the sweet potato for about 20 minutes until it is cooked, then take it out and mash it with a fork, then add 100ml of coconut milk and mix well.
Add 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour, 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour, and 1 tube of vanilla and mix well.
Put the pot on the stove over low heat, add the sweet potato mixture, and stir continuously for about 7 – 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
