-
Make coffee
Next, you add 35g of condensed milk and 5ml of fresh milk into a bowl, place the bowl over hot water in a pot, and stir until this mixture is well combined, then add 3g of coffee powder and 3g of cocoa powder, and continue to stir.

Then, you pour the coffee mixture into the whipped cream mixture, mix well, and put it into a piping bag, then place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
-
Cook chocolate jelly and pour layer 1

Once the jelly pot is gently boiling, turn off the heat and strain the jelly through a sieve to remove excess clumps. Next, carefully pour a layer of chocolate jelly into the mold.
-
Cook coconut milk jelly and finish the cake
Next, continue to place the pot on the stove, pour in 500ml of water and bring to a boil, gradually add the jelly powder, the remaining sugar, and 100ml of coconut milk, stirring well, until the jelly simmers lightly, then turn off the heat.
The chocolate jelly has set; use a spoon to make a small hole in the center, then carefully squeeze the coffee cream into it and pour the coconut milk jelly on top, then place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to complete.
