How to make Fried Cheese Cake

Prepare the ingredients
Parsley, after purchasing, cut off the roots, remove any wilted leaves, wash thoroughly, then shake off the water and chop the leaves finely.
Cut the Feta cheese into small cubes. Grate the Cheddar cheese finely.

Mixing cheese cake dough
You take a large bowl, crack 1 chicken egg and add 90ml of unsweetened fresh milk, then add all the prepared cheese and parsley into the bowl.
Continue to add 10gr of baking powder and 1 tablespoon of salt into the bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Add an additional 300gr of flour and mix well until it is evenly combined with the other ingredients.
When you see the dough absorbs all the water and is slightly dry on the surface, use your hands to knead the dough until it is smoother, until the dough is fine, evenly mixed, forms a mass, and no longer sticks to your hands.

Rolling dough and shaping
You sprinkle a little flour on the table and then place the mixed dough on it, roll the dough evenly to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Use a knife to cut the dough into small, bite-sized pieces, shaped according to your preference.

Fry the dough
You place a pan on the stove with 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, turn on high heat until the oil is hot and boiling. When the oil is hot, lower the heat to medium, drop the dough in and fry for about 5 minutes until the dough is golden on one side, then flip the cake to fry the other side until golden.
When the cake is evenly golden on both sides, gently run the tip of chopsticks over the surface of the cake; if it feels dry and crispy, it’s done. You remove the cake and place it on a plate to drain the oil.
Now the fried cheese cake is ready to enjoy.
