How to choose fresh and delicious shrimp

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan, sauté the remaining chopped shallots until fragrant, then add the rice mixed with eggs to fry, seasoning the rice with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder.
After the fried rice grains have become loose, add the shrimp back in and fry together for another minute, then turn off the heat, sprinkle in some chopped green onions, and mix well.
