Straw mushrooms have their dirty stems cut off, washed briefly with water, and then soaked in dilute salt water for about 10 minutes. After that, take the mushrooms out and rinse them several times with water, allowing them to drain, then cut the mushrooms in half.

Place a pan on the stove with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, when the oil is hot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
