Prepare the abalone

In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of water, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
Stir everything well to combine the sauce.

Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the vegetables until just cooked. Transfer the vegetables to a separate plate.

Stir-fried shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms
Using the same pan from the previous step, continue to stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms for 3 – 4 minutes.
Then add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat for about 30 seconds. After that, lower the heat and add the sauce.
Reserve a little sauce for garnish.
Wait for 3 – 4 minutes, then turn off the heat and prepare to serve on a plate.
