How to make Sour Fish Soup

Prepare the fish
After buying the fish, wash it gently with 2-3 washes of water, drain, and put it in a bowl for marinating.
Mix well to allow the spices to blend with the fish, then marinate for 15 minutes.

Ginger, garlic, finely chopped onion.
Cilantro, betel leaves, Vietnamese coriander, finely chopped green onion.
Chili sliced into small pieces.
Pineapple cut into small triangle pieces.

Cook the sour soup with fish
Sauté chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add the fish and stir gently. Transfer the fish to a separate bowl.
Continue to add cooking oil to the pot, sauté chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, then add diced tomato and pineapple and stir-fry.
After about 2 minutes, pour in about 2 liters of water and bring to a boil.
Continue to add the fish, tomato wedges into the pot. Season to taste.
