Rinse and soak sticky rice
Rinse the sticky rice thoroughly to remove all remaining dust, then soak it for 2 hours to make it soft.
After that, drain the sticky rice.

Prepare the pork
Buy pork belly, rinse it with diluted salt water, then wash it again with clean water, drain, and cut it into square pieces about the thickness of a finger. Place the pork in a bowl.

Mix egg batter and fry the pork
