Make the cake base
Put the biscuits in a zip bag and use a rolling pin to crush the biscuits as much as possible.
Melt the butter with boiling water and then add it to the zip bag with the crushed biscuits.
Use your hands to squeeze so that the butter and biscuits blend together to create a binding.
Pour the mixture into the mold, press down the cake but do not press too tightly because doing so will make the cake very hard and not delicious when eaten.

Soak gelatin
Soak 5g of gelatin in 25 ml of water for 15 minutes.
If you want the cake to be firmer, use 6g of gelatin.

Make cheese cream
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add unsweetened yogurt and sugar, mixing until the mixture is very smooth and creamy.
Melting the soaked gelatin by placing it in hot water. Then add this gelatin to the cheese cream mixture.
Use a whisk to gently mix the mixture.
Whip the whipping cream with a whisk. Note to whip just enough; otherwise, the mixture will separate, ruining the cake.
Add the whipped cream to the cheese cream mixture and mix well.

Pour cheese cream into the mold
Divide the cheese cream in half, putting one half into the mold on top of the cookie layer.
Smooth the surface evenly and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Make matcha cheese cream
Dissolve matcha in fresh milk, stirring until the matcha powder is completely dissolved, then add it to the cheese cream and mix well.
Pour the matcha cheese cream over the cheese cream that has been frozen for 20 minutes.
Smooth the surface to make the cake flat and beautiful.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours before enjoying.
