Then, remove the dồi trường and immediately place it in cold water to maintain its crispness and white color.
Next, take the dồi trường out and let it drain. Cut the dồi trường into bite-sized pieces, about the width of 2 fingers.
Place the cleaned dồi trường into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, and mix well to absorb the spices.
