How to Make Cade Filling

Heat the coconut mixture
Add coconut milk, sugar, and condensed milk to a small pot, heat over medium heat. At the same time, use a spoon to stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely, without boiling, then turn off the heat.

Make the milk mixture
First, separate the egg yolks from 2 chicken eggs and put them into a large bowl.
Then, add the coconut milk mixture (made in step 1) to the bowl with the egg yolks, and whisk the yolks until smooth.
Next, add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla, stir well, then sift the flour into the bowl and continue to mix the ingredients until well combined.
Finally, strain the mixture through a sieve and pour it into a pot.

Cook the egg milk Cadé filling
Place the pot containing the egg milk Cadé mixture on the stove over low heat.
Use a spoon to stir continuously until the mixture thickens (into Cadé filling) and turn off the heat.
Add an additional 5g of fine sugar. That’s it!

Final Product
