How to make Caipirinha Cocktail

Mix the cocktail
First, put 2 teaspoons of sugar into the shaker. Next, cut the washed lime into 4 pieces, remove the seeds, and add them to the shaker. Then, use the muddler to crush the lime with the sugar.
Add 60 ml of Cachaca liquor to the shaker, add a little ice, and shake well for about 10 – 15 seconds or until a layer of cold frost appears on the surface of the shaker.
Now pour the cocktail into the Old Fashioned glass and it’s ready to enjoy!
Tip: When shaking the cocktail in the shaker, you should only shake for 10 – 15 seconds! If shaken too long, the ice will melt and dilute the liquor, altering the flavor. -
