In this recipe, you can use 28 cm Sunhouse SFP28B non-stick aluminum stone-patterned pan to prepare the dish because:
- Large diameter pan can fry many frogs at once.
- The pan is suitable for all types of stoves, especially induction cookers.
- High heat resistance, the pan’s bottom is coated with granite coating that can withstand a maximum temperature of 315 degrees C.

How to prepare Crispy Frog

Prepare the frog
Wash the frog under clean water to remove dirt and bacteria.
Use your hands or a knife to peel the frog’s skin, including the skin on the legs.
Open the belly to remove the organs, discard the intestines and cut off the legs (if desired).
Wash the frog again and you can soak it in saltwater or vinegar to eliminate the fishy smell.

Marinate the frog with crispy flour
Add a little seasoning such as salt, monosodium glutamate, and ground pepper to marinate the frog.
Put crispy flour into a bowl, roll each frog in the crispy flour evenly.

Fry the frog
Add oil to a non-stick stone-patterned pan, when the oil is hot, add the frog to fry.
When the frog is nearly done frying, add shredded kaffir lime leaves to enhance the aroma.
Set aside some fresh kaffir lime leaves to sprinkle on the plate of frogs for decoration.
