Prepare the tofu

Finally, add the 2 pieces of tofu you have cut into the mixture, gently turn both sides, and let the tofu soak in the seasoning for about 15 minutes.
Tip: To avoid breaking the tofu, you should only cut about 2/3 of the tofu, not too deep. -
Fry the tofu
