- In addition, when buying, you should choose grains that are of uniform size, appear plump, shiny, and are not broken or show signs of yellowing or mold.
- Moreover, good and fresh sticky rice will have a light, characteristic fragrance of new sticky rice.
- Do not choose sticky rice that has a strong, unpleasant smell when sniffed. To ensure safety and avoid buying sticky rice mixed with low-quality grains, you should buy from reputable rice shops or supermarkets or Tastetutorial.com.
How to choose and where to buy butterfly pea flowers
- When buying butterfly pea flowers, you should choose dried flowers that meet standards, with blooms that are deep purple or dark blue, and stems that are dark green, without any foul or musty smell.
- For safety, you should buy butterfly pea flowers from mixing shops or in well-known large tea shops that are carefully packaged with clear origin information and printed expiration dates and production dates.
- Currently, the price for 500 grams of dried butterfly pea flowers ranges from 350,000 to 450,000 VND (price updated in September 2021).
How to choose fresh green beans

- In addition, fresh green beans will be plump, not flat, with a uniform size, and there should be no differences in size.

- Do not choose green beans that are eaten by worms or have a musty, unpleasant smell and have broken seeds. This is because these are old or spoiled green beans.
