Prepare Lap Vit
After purchasing lap vit, it should be cut into moderate slices for easier preparation.
Wash it several times with water to remove dirt.

Fry Lap Vit
Put the lap vit in the pan, pour water to cover the lap vit, then turn on the stove.
Wait for the water to boil, then pour this water out. This process helps to eliminate most of the salty taste of lap vit.
Add the lap vit back into the pan and continue to pour new water in to cook.
When the water boils, reduce the amount of water by 1/3 and let it simmer until it becomes syrupy.
Stir continuously to prevent the lap vit from burning, then turn off the stove.
