Feta cheese

Mozzarella cheese

- Mozzarella is soft and has a white or slightly yellow color, depending on the livestock’s diet which changes with the seasons. When melted, this cheese can stretch into strands and is chewy rather than melting into a gooey mixture like some other types of cheese.
