Prepare the eggplant
After buying 1kg of eggplant, wash it thoroughly, then cut off the stem at the top and slice it lengthwise into thin pieces for easy rolling with meat.
Next, spread a thin layer of cooking oil evenly on both sides of each eggplant slice, then sprinkle a little salt and place them in the oven to roast the eggplant for 15 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.

Marinate the minced meat
Add the minced meat to a bowl, then add 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of mint powder, 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, and 1 egg, then use clean hands to mix well so that the meat absorbs the seasoning for 5 minutes.
