How to make Non-Alcoholic Orange Mojito

Squeeze the orange
Fresh oranges bought should be washed clean and cut in half. Squeeze one half to get 50ml of orange juice. The other half should be sliced thinly for decoration.

Mix the syrup
Put the freshly squeezed orange juice and 10g of sugar into a shaker. Use a spoon to stir until the sugar dissolves.
Squeeze 5ml of lemon juice (if using lemon soda, then 5ml is needed; if using carbonated mineral water, then 10ml is needed) and add it to the shaker.
Continue to add 10ml of white mint syrup and stir well.

Shake the mixture
Add 5 – 7 ice cubes, cover the shaker, and shake to mix the ingredients evenly.
Pour the mixture into a glass, then add a few thin slices of orange, and finally pour lemon soda on top to finish.
